Welcome to D'UNA VEN2025, C.A., the platform that connects the country (D'UNA VEN2025, C.A is just a technical channel). Our goal is to maintain a secure, respectful and positive community for all users. To achieve this, it is essential that all the content published in the form of Ads, Reels or Events comply with the following rules. By using our platform, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Forbidden content
It is not permitted to publish content that includes, promotes or is related to the following:
Offensive Language and Hate Speech
Insults and Grasseries: The use of vulgar, obscene or profane language is not permitted with the intention of offending. Our automatic system will censor unallowed words.
Harassment and Intimidation: Personal attacks, harassment, threats and any form of intimidation against other users or groups are prohibited.
Hate speech: Content that promotes violence, hatred or discrimination against persons or groups on the basis of race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender or any other characteristic shall not be tolerated.
Inappropriate Visual Content
Violent or Graphic Images: Images that show explicit violence, blood, serious injury or cruelty to people or animals are prohibited.
Content for Adults: It is not allowed to publish images with nudity, sexually suggestive content or pornography.
Hate Symbols: The use of images, symbols or emblems associated with hate groups is strictly prohibited.
Illegal and Dangerous Activities
The promotion of illegal activities such as the sale of drugs, weapons, counterfeit products or any act in violation of the law is not permitted.
Content which promotes dangerous acts or self-actions is prohibited.
2. Consequences of non-compliance
To maintain the integrity of our community, we take the following steps in the face of a violation of these policies:
Automatic Censorship: Our system is designed to automatically detect and censor the prohibited words in the title and description of your publications.
Review and Elimination of Content: We reserve the right to remove any Announcement, Reel or Event that violates our rules, without notice.
Suspension of the Account: Serious or repeated violations of our content policies can result in a temporary or permanent suspension of the user's account.

3. Subscriber (Trade)
The subscriber (Trade) is the only and exclusive responsible for the veracity, accuracy and legality of the content that you advertise through our services. In publishing, the subscriber states that he has the necessary intellectual property rights in the material (texts, images, videos, etc.) and undertakes not to include content that violates laws, third party rights or our policies of use. Our service acts only as a channel for the dissemination of this content, without taking any responsibility for its authenticity or legitimacy.
Regulation «Exclusive responsibility of the Announcer»
«The Advertising Trade declares and guarantees that it is solely responsible for the veracity, legality and accuracy of the published information. D'UNA VEN2025, C.A. does not act as an intermediary in the sale and does not guarantee the quality of the products. The Announcer assumes all civil, administrative and criminal liability arising from the lack of necessary health permits, licences or records for the marketing of its products or services.»
4. Specific Section for the Health Sector and Medical Equipment
Because medical teams in Venezuela require registration with the Health Controller (SACS), he adds the following:
Record Guarantee: «Any advertiser of medical equipment, inputs or health services guarantees the possession of the existing Health Register and the marketing permit issued by the Ministry of People's Power for Health (MPPS) and SACS.»
Exposure obligation: «D'UNA VEN2025, C.A. reserves the right to request, at any time, a digital copy of such records. The non-delivery of these documents may result in the immediate suspension of the notice without the right to reimbursement.»
Prohibition of misleading advertising: «The publication of medical equipment that attribute curative or diagnostic properties not endorsed by the competent authorities is prohibited.»

5. Compensation clause (protection against fines)
«The Announcer is obliged to keep the D'UNA VEN2025, C.A.their managers and employees, against any claim, fine, penalty or inspection by government entities (SACS, SUNDDE, INDEPABIS, etc.) related to the published content. The Announcer shall reimburse D'UNA VEN2025, C.A. any legal or monetary expenditure incurred by these causes.»
6. Right of withdrawal and «Take-down»
To comply with the Law on Social Responsibility in Radio, Television and Electronic Media:
«D'UNA VEN2025, C.A. it reserves the right to withdraw any content which, in its opinion or on the order of public authority, is considered to be dangerous to public health or to the care of the relevant legal support.»
